The breakfast was delicious, we appreciated plenty of meals. The rooms are brand-new with cosmetics, comfy beds and decent space and the staff are awesome. The location is ideal, 3 miles from X Site. The hotel is in great area, just next door to the mall, several restaurants and Sullivan's steak house, Nordstrom's, and Blend cigar bar.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with fresh fruit and moist scrambled eggs and potatoes. The service staff at breakfast and at the bar were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The location of the hotel was outstanding, with close proximity to other good restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and I definitely felt like I got more bang for my buck. The location of the hotel was also a big plus. It is situated right by a mall and there are plenty of fancy restaurants and good places to eat nearby. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the overall service experience very enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and ready early. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to the mall and other attractions. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. I also enjoyed the nice towels and the comfortable sitting chair in the room.
The hotel itself looked a bit old and worn out, especially the halls. The parking situation was confusing and there was a lack of signage throughout the hotel.

We did not want to leave there, would recommend. Had excellent stay at a real good value. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with fridge and a sofa, for instance as expected. We loved wake-up service available. The hotel's location was ideal, just off restaurant, the Keystone Mall and the Arts Cinema, the club. For tea or coffee visit Debrand Fine Chocolates nearby.
Even though everything was great, some of the staff were really rude.
