A moment of laughter at check-in
The staff made me feel welcome with their genuine smiles and friendly banter while checking in. It felt like visiting old friends, which truly brightened my day.
Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty surfaces and a musty odor that lingered, making my stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Comfortable suite, great for families! We enjoyed our quick snack from the bar but found prices quite high—just $19 for a couple of treats! Service was friendly, though the valet could have been faster. A nice pool and spacious rooms made our stay pleasant overall.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby and a friendly check-in process. Our room was clean and comfortable, but we noticed some maintenance issues throughout the property. The bathroom could use more attention, and some common areas felt a bit outdated. It's a great location for shopping and dining, making it suitable for families looking for convenience.

The dining scene near the hotel is a culinary explorer's dream! Just a hop away is The Cheesecake Factory, serving up slices of heaven, and Benihana, where you can catch a show along with your meal. Plus, the restaurant in-house dishes out tasty bites. Not to mention, the staff's friendliness is top-notch, ensuring a comfy vibe. The beds? Super cozy, perfect after a long day of exploring!
Now, the hotel itself? It’s a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms felt dated, and that musty smell in the bathroom could've been a lot better. Plus, dropping $18 a day for parking? A bit much, right? Still, the experience wasn't totally awful—just more TLC needed!

I had a wonderful two-night stay where the comfy bed made it easy to relax and the indoor pool was perfect for unwinding. The only downside was some minor noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t ruin my experience. For anyone visiting, I'd highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary coffee in the lobby!

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff at this place? Absolutely great. I remember Nathan the valet, he’s a great guy, brightened my day immediately and always went above and beyond to help me. And those ladies in the dining room? The service was really good, really polite, like they were there just for me. This. This is how you do customer service.
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience made it worth it.
